2. Client Ownership & Project Rights

Your Project, Your Ownership

You own your project completely. Once you commission a project through Click-fix-go and payment is completed, you have full ownership rights to the deliverables, including all code, designs, content, and intellectual property created specifically for your project.

We will never modify, suspend, or restrict access to your project without your explicit written permission, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

You have the right to:

• Request project files, source code, and all deliverables at any time
• Modify, update, or transfer your project to another developer or service
• Use your project for any legal purpose without our approval
• Request changes or modifications to ongoing projects
• Terminate a project agreement with proper notice

3. Our Services & Commitments

Click-fix-go provides web development, design, and related digital services. We commit to:

• Delivering high-quality work according to agreed specifications
• Maintaining open communication throughout the project
• Respecting your decisions and requirements
• Providing clear timelines and progress updates
• Offering reasonable revisions and support

We will only modify or suspend services in the event of:

• Non-payment: If payment obligations are not met after reasonable notice and attempts to resolve
• Legal requirements: If required by law or court order
• Security threats: If your account poses a security risk to our platform or other clients
• Mutual agreement: If both parties agree to suspend or modify services

4. Payment & Project Completion

Projects are delivered according to agreed milestones and payment schedules. Upon full payment completion, all project assets become your property. We will provide:

• Complete source code and project files
• Access credentials and documentation
• Any licenses or third-party service accounts required
• Documentation for maintenance and updates

Non-payment protection: If payment is not received according to agreed terms, we reserve the right to pause work and retain project files until payment is resolved. We will always provide notice and attempt to resolve payment issues before taking any action.

5. Intellectual Property

Your projects: All intellectual property rights for work created specifically for your project belong to you upon payment completion.

Our platform: The Click-fix-go website, platform features, and our proprietary tools remain our intellectual property. However, this does not affect your ownership of your custom projects and deliverables.

Third-party components: If your project includes third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools, their respective licenses apply. We will inform you of any third-party components used.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Make timely payments according to agreed schedules
• Respond to questions and provide feedback in a reasonable timeframe
• Not use our services for unlawful or malicious purposes
• Respect our team's time and expertise
• Provide necessary access credentials and information when requested

7. Modifications & Changes

Project changes: You can request changes to your project at any time. Significant changes may require adjustments to timelines and costs, which we will discuss and agree upon before proceeding.

Terms updates: We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance, but existing project agreements remain governed by the terms in effect when the project began.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond our direct control.

We maintain professional liability insurance and follow industry best practices to protect both you and us.

9. Termination

By you: You may terminate a project agreement at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

By us: We may only terminate services in cases of:

• Persistent non-payment after multiple attempts to resolve
• Breach of these terms (e.g., illegal use of services)
• Mutual agreement between both parties

In case of termination, we will provide all completed work and project files to you, subject to payment of outstanding amounts.

10. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues through open communication. If a dispute arises:

1. Contact us directly to discuss the issue
2. We will work with you to find a fair resolution
3. If needed, we can involve a neutral mediator
4. Legal action is always a last resort
